The Plaintiffls Denise Vance, who currently resides at 100 Spring Garden Estates, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for a period In excess of six months prior to the filing of this Complaint. 2. The Defendant Is Harry Vance, who currently resides at 54 Pine School Road, Gardners, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, since October 2, 1994. 3, The Plaintiff and Defendant both have been bona fide residents In the Commonwealth of Pflnnsylvanla for at least six months Immediately prior to the filing of this Complaint. 4. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 3, The Plaintiff seeks custody of the following children: Dakota Dean Vance. born September 3, 1990; and Alyssa Mae Vance, born July 6. 1992, The children were born out of wedlock. The children are presently in the custody of mother, who resides at 1 Clemons Drive. Apartment 14, Dlllsburg. York County, Pennsylvania.
