WHEREAS. R. S. Mowecy &. Sons. Inc. has entered into a contract with Carlisle SynTec SYltems,
D1viJlon of Carlisle Corporation, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for improvement to the real

Clunberland County, Pennsylvania on March 20, 1957 in Deed Book R, Volume 17 at Pale 483 and June 19,
1911 in Deed Book L, Volume 29 at Pale 539,
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and allreed by and between the said panies, as put of the
said contract and fur the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersianed Contractor, any subcontractor
or material man, nor any other person furnishinlllabor or materials to the said Contractor under thi~ contract shall
file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien. for work done or materials furnished to the said buildin, or any
put thereof.
ThllltipLllatlon is made and intended to be flied with the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Prothonotary
within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania. ill such cue
