AND NOW comes the Plaintiff, John P. Loftu., by hi. attorney,
rranci. M. Socha, Esquire and files the following complaint against
Loui. Belie.
l. Plaintiff i. John P. Loftus, an adult individual residing
at 34ll Bedford Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Loui. Selic, an adult individual engaged in
the home renovation businees at 9l Harmony Hall Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Penneylvania.
3. Bya promi.,ory note, dated and executed by both partie.,
September lO, 1993, Plaintiff agreed to lend Defendant the
principal amount of eight thousand ($8,000.00) dollar..
4. The parties agreed that Defendant would pay the principal
amount of eight thou.and ($9000.00) plus ten percent (lOt) interelt
in con.ideration for .aid loan on or before September 10, 1994,
with no penalty for early payment. A copy of the proDli.sory note,
marked Exhibit "A" i. attached and made a part of this pleading.
5. By virtue of the proDliesory note, Plaintiff delivered the
.w. of eight thou.and ($8000.00) dollar. to Defendant on or about
September 10, 1993.
6. Defendant haG failed to pay the eight thousand ($8000.00)
dollars principal plus ten percent (lOt) interest due under the
