above-named plaintiff, through her attorney, Jeffery M. Cook, and
files this complaint seeking a decree in divorce from the above-
named defendant under 3301(c) of the Divorce Code and, in support
thereof, avers thatl
1. The plaintiff, Jill Dianne Iferd, is an adult individual
who is sui juris and has an address of 904 Krepper Drive,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
2. The defendant, Frank William Iferd, is an adult
individual, who is sui juris and has address of 10705 Harney
Road, Emmitsburg, MD 21727.
3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident of the County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for at least six months
prior to the filing of this Complaint.
4. Plaintiff and defendant were married on May 24, 1993,
in Frederick, Maryland.
5. There have been no prior actions in divorce or for
annulment between the parties to this action.
