labor or material. have been delivered to the Property or furnllhed
for the I.rlIDI;Pvement.s by Contractor or any sub-contractor or

conatruction and completion of the Improvements, or under any

2. Indeaendent Covenant. Thi. Agreement waiving the
right of lien shall be an independent covenant and .hall operate
and be effective a. well with re.pect to work done and material.
