between HOMESTEAD RENOVATIONS, of carlisle, Pennsylvania, herein-
after reterred to as Contractor, AMD ANDREW C. SHEELY, and
KlTHLBEN A. SHEELY, of 112 North 30th Street, camp Hill, Pennsyl-
vania, hereinafter referred to as owner, whereby the former
undertook and agreed to erect, repair and construct an addition
on that certain lot ot ground situate in the Borough of camp
Hill, at 112 North 30th Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.

Contractor, tor and in consideration ot the Bum ot One ($1.00)
Dollar to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereot
is hereby acknowledged, and the turther consideration mentioned
in the agreement atoresaid, tor themselves and their sub-
contractors, and all parties acting through or under them,
covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
tiled or maintained by them or any ot them against the said
bui14ings and the lot ot ground appurtenant thereto tor or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any ot
the. under said contract or otherwise, tor, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, tor themselves, their
eubcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, tile, and maintain any mechanic's
liens or clai.s against the said buildings or Any ot them and
agree that this instrument, waving the right of lien, shall be an
