SZBLIS, INC., Contractor, party of the second part. 1fITNB88BTB I "BaBAS, the above parties entered into a contract whereby the party of the second part is to provide certain materials and perform certain work necessary for repair and renovation upon the real property more particularly bounded and described on Schedule A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. A ALL THOSE TWO CERTAIN tracts of land situate in the Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland and state of pennsylvania, bounded and described as follow~, to wit: Tract ~ 1 BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Enola Road at the distance of 270.32 feet measured southerly along the westerly side of Enola Road from the southerly extremity of the arc or curve connecting the southerly side of 3uniata Street with the westerly side of Enola Road and extending thence through a frame partition wall being the double dwelling house erected in part upon the lot herein described and the lot adjoining on the south one hundred thirty-four and sixty one-hundredtho (134.60) feet to a point; thence North 05 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East, forty-two and fifteen one-hundredths (42.15) feet to a point; thence North 63 degrees 25 minutes 24 seconds West, twenty-one and forty-nine one-hundredths (21.49) feet to a point; thence North 05 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East, five (5) feet four (4) inches to a point at the line of lands now or formerly of 30hn E. Unger and Claire G. Unger, his wife; thence along said last mentioned lands, South 84 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East, one hundred fifty-nine (159) feet, more or less, to the ~esterly side of Enola Road; thence southerly along the westerly side of Enola Road by a line curving toward the east with a radius of 3,099.34 feet, a distance of fifty-five (55) feet sevsn (7) inches, more or less, to the point or place of BEGINNING. HAVING THEREON ERECTED the northern half of a 2 1/2 story double frame dwelling house, known as No. 211 Enola Road. Gates and wife, North 05 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East, forty-two and fifteen one-hundredths (42.15) feet to an iron pin; thence by the same, North 63 degrees 25 minutes 24 seconds West, twenty-one and forty-nine one- hundredths (21.49) feet to an iron pin at corner of lands now or late of William Whinthers; thence by said lands now or formerly of William Whinthers, North 84 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds W..t, ten and one one-hundr.dths (10.01) feet to an iron pin; thence along lands now or formerly of 30seph Rithcey and Mac Fortney, South 38 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds West, fifty-.even and .eventy-fjve one-hundredths (57.75) teet to an iron pin in the line of other lands now or formerly of Mrs. Claire G.
