3. On or about. June of 1994, the plaintiff and Defendant entered into an
agreement for repair services to the Plaintiff's transmission for the
agreeded price of $ 371.00.
4. Despite two attempts. the Defendant failed to make necessary repair.
to the Plaintiff's transmisson.
5. As a result of the Defendant's failure to perform the agreeded to
repair services the Plaintiff was required to have the transmission
repaired at another shop for. a total cost of $ 446.05.
6. As a result of the Oefendant's failure to repair, the Plaintiff wa.
required to expend time servicing the Plaintiff's vehicle and the 10..
of time from workl said time equalling a total of $ 800.00.
