TEMPORARY PROTECTIVE ORDER
AND NOW, this

day of November, 1994, upon
pre.entation and consideration of the within Petition, and upon
finding that the Petitioner, HEATHER L. MYERS, now residing at
123 We.t York Street, Dillsburg, York county, Pennsylvania, is in
immediate and present danger of abuse from the Respondent, PAUL
A. FEITE, 11, the following Temporary Order is entered.
The Respondent, PAUL A. FEITE, II, now residing at 157 South
32nd Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, pennsylvania, is
hereby enjoined from physically abusing the Petitioner, HEATHER
L. MYERS, or placing her in fear of abuse and is ordered to stay
away from the residence located at 123 West York street,
Dill.burg, York County, Pennsylvania. The Respondent is hereby
notified that if he resides in the Petitioner's domicile contrary
to this Order. he may be in indirect criminal contempt which i.
punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000.00 and/or by a sentence
of up to six months in jail and any other appropriate punishment.
Resumption of co-residence on the part of the Petitioner and
Respondent shall not nullify the provisions of the Court Order
directing the Respondent to refrain from abusing the Petitioner.
The Respondent is ordered to refrain from having any contact
with the petitioner including, but not limited to, entering the
Petitioner's place of employment, harassing or stalking the
Petitioner, and harassing the Petitioner's relatives.
This Order shall remain if effect until a final order is
entered in this case. A hearing shall be held on this matter on
the ~ day of "-1td~WL' , 1994, at ~, Y) Q.m. in
Courtroom No. :cr- , Cumberland county Courthouse, carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
The Cumberland County Sheriff's office shall attempt to make
service at the Petitioner's request, but service may be
accomplished under any applicable rule of civil Procedure.
The Camp Hill Police Department will be provided with a copy
of this Order by the attorney for Petitioner. This Order shall
be enforced by any law enforcement agency where a violation
occurs by arrest for indirect criminal contempt without warrant
upon probahle cause that this Order has been violated, whether or
not the violation is committed in the presence of the police
officer. In the event that an arrest is made under this section,
the Respondent shall be taken without unnecessary delay before
the Court that issued the Order. When that Court is unavailable,

1. Petitioner, Heather L. Myers, is an adult individual who
resides at 123 West York street, Dillsburq, York County,
Pennsylvania, 17109-1258.

resides at 157 South 32nd street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17011.

been terminated for two years.

4. There is one child born of this relationship; daughter
Liatra Saqe Myers, aqe 18 months.
5. Respondent is on parol in Cumberland County for
Po.....ion of Marijuana, intent to sell, conspiracy, which h.
.erved two month. for in the York county Prison and al.o has
.erv.d time in Dauphin county tor a DUI, and atter relea.e from
tho.. sentences had returned on October 14 tor a weekend when he
was revoked for violation ot his parol.

6. Respondent is residing at 157 South 32nd street which
lie. in direct route (Route 15) of Petitioner's route ot
commuting to her work. Respondent has continuously watched and
waited for Petitioner along Route 15 to travel by and on a number
of occasions has run directly into traftic in order to harass
Petitioner. Because ot this harassment, Petitioner has been
torced to take a longer and less direct route to work.

7. On October 1, 1994, patricia I. Myers, petitioner's
mother, had taken Liatra Sage Myers to Respondent's mother's home
to vi.it as per Respondent's request. One-halt hour later, an
individual unknown to Petitioner dropped Respondent and
Petitioner's daughter back otf at Petitioner's residence without
prior notice. Respondent opened the door of the petitioner's
residence and entered without invitation and without announcing
his entry. While in the residence, Respondent tried to torce
himself upon Petitioner in a threatening manner in front of
Petitioner's daughter. Respondent also threatened Petitioner
with a knite in tront of petitioner's daughter. Respondent also
destroyed a picture of Petitioner's while in the residence.

On October 2, 1994 Respondent made a harassing phone
call to Petitioner's home.
9. On October 3, 1994 Respondent made harassing telephone
calls to Petitioner's place of employment and residence.
R.spondent was requesting to see Petitioners daughter, and
permission was given. In his request, Respondent also requested
that Petitioner go along. When Petitioner declined, Respondent
became very abusive and aggravated. Respondent then proceeded to
tell Petitioner that "they would one day soon be together."
10. On October 19, 1994 after being released from prison
for a parol violation, Respondent called Petitioner at her place
of employment telling her to stop by, knowing Petitioner's usual
route home. Petitioner declined. Respondent later phoned
Petitioner's residence interrogating her as to why she did not
take Route 15. Petitioner asked Respondent to leave her alone,
and to stop harassing her. Respondent then began making
terrorists threats about kidnapping Petitioner, and stated again
"that they would be together forever one way or another".
Respondent also stated that if Petitioner thought that Respondent
was out of her life, "she was mistaken". Respondent then
referred to an incident in which Respondent's grandfather had
killed his wife, stating "Remember what happened to my
Grandmother? It doesn't have to be that way".

12. Petitioner believes and therefore avers that she is in
imminent danger of serious bodily harm from Respondent.

Without admitting the allegations contained in the
petition, the respondent, Paul A, Feite, II. now residing at 157
South 32nd Street. Camp HilL Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
is hereby enjoined from physically abusing the petitioner,
Heather L, Myers, or placing her in fear of abuse and is ordered
to stay away from the residence located at 123 West York Street,
Dillsburg, York County, Pennsylvania, The respondent is hereby
notified that if he resides in the petitioner's domicile,
contrary to this Order, he may be in indirect criminal contempt,
which is punishable by a fine not to exceed $1000,00 and/or by a
sentence of UP to six months in Joi l, or any ather appropriate
punishment, The respondent is ordered to refrain from having
any contact with the petitioner, includlng but not llmited to
entering the petitioner's place of employment. harassing or

violated. whether or not the violation is commJ. tted in the
presence of the police officers, In the event that an arrest is
made under this section, the respondent shall be ta~,en without
unnecessary delay before the court that issued the Order, When
