HYNICIPAL LIEN FOR
SEWER AND WATER SERVICES
1. The name ot the municipality by which this claim is tiled is
West Pennsboro Township Municipal Authority, a municipal authority ot
the Commonwealth ot Pennsylvania, located in the County ot Cumberland.
2. The name or names of the owner or owners or reported owner
or owners ot the property against which this claim is tiled are
Charles L. Schottstall and Alice E. Schoffstall.
3. A description of the property against which this claim is
filed is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as
Exhibit "A".
4. The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is
tiled are: the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923; the
Municipalities Authority Act of 1945, P.S. 382, as amended; and,
supplemented, Resolution No. 92-12 of West pennsboro Township.
5. The construction of sewage and water systems was certitied
as being completed by Rettew Associates, Inc., engineer on August 31,
1992. Notice ot assessment and intent to file if payment was not
received was given on December 6, 1993.
6. The lien is claimed against the above described property as

7. Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from
August 31, 1992 at the rate of 5.75' per annum.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a municipal lien be entered in
its favor and against the Defendants in the amount of $6,800.00, plus
interest and costs.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in West penn.boro
Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in
accordance with Boundary survey and Final Subdivision Plan for the
Estate of william B. Beam prepared by Eugene Albert Hockensmith
dated May 27, 1983, a copy of which is recorded in the hereinafter
named Recorder's Office in Plan Book 44, Page 1, as follows:
BEGINNING at a railroad spike set in the southern line of 48
feet wide PA Route No. 641, known as Newville-Carlisle RQad L. R.
21091, which railroad spike at the Place of Beginning is 174.5 feet
East of the eastern line of 50 feet wide Union street measured
along said southern line of 48 feet wide PA Route No. 6411 and
which railroad spike at the Place of Beginning is at the dividing
line between Lots No. 2 and 3 as shown on said Boundary Survey and
Final Subdivision Plan for the Estate of William B. Beam1 thence
from said railroad spike at the Place of Beginning along the
southern line of said 48 feet wide Pennsylvania Route No. 641,
North 64 degrees 20 minutes 43 seconds East a distance of 75.5 feet
to an iron pin at the dividing line between Lot Nos. 33 and 34 as
shown on Big spring Heights Plan of Lots, Extension No.1, as laid
out by Andrew McElwain, recorded as hereinafter set forth; thence
along said dividing line between said Lots No. 33 and 34, South 25
degrees 42 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 200 feet to an
iron pin set on the northern line of a 20 feet wide unnamed alleY1
thence along the northern line of said 20 feet wide unnamed alley,
South 64 degrees 20 minutes 43 soconds West a distance of 75.50
feet to an iron pin; thence through Lot No. 35 as shown on said Big
spring Heights Plan of Lots, Extension No.1, as aforesaid, North
25 degrees 42 minutes 45 s~conds West a distance of 200.00 feet to
a railroad spike set in the southern line of 48 feet wide
