CONCILIATION CONl'J:RJ:NCI: stMIARf .REPORT
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CUMBERLAND COUNTf RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDUU
J9J5.3-8(b), the undersJ.gned Custody ConcJ.lJ.ator submJ.ts the
followJ.ng report'
J. The pertJ.nent informatJ.on pertaJ.nJ.ng to the chJ.ld who J.s the
subject of thJ.s lJ.tJ.gatJ.on J.s as follows:
Jason Randall ReJ.sJ.nger, born August 26, J983.
2. A ConcH J.atJ.on Conference was held on February 2, J995, wJ. th
the followJ.ng J.ndJ.vJ.duals J.n attendance,
The Hother, ConnJ.e J. ReJ.sJ.nger, with her counsel, Harcus A.
HcKnight, Esquire, and the Father, Rod S. Reisinger, with
his cOllnsel, Robert C. Saidis, Esquire.
3. There J.s a prior Order in this case from Perry County whi~h
was entered in July of J992 which, essentially, gave the
partJ.es shared legal custody. The Hother enjoyed primary
physical custody during the school year with Father having
three weekends per month during the school year. The Father
would then have primary custody during the summer except for
~ two week vacation with the Hother, and the Hother would
also have the child three weekends per month in the summer.
Since the July J992 Order, the parties have between themselves
reached a change in that schedule such that the Father's time
during the school year is actually alternating weekends but
the Father also enjoys one night every week which is overnJ.ght.
4. The Hother now indicates that the minor child is suggesting
he does not want to stay for such a long period of time with
the Father in the summer. The Hother suggests that the child
is unwilling to have such a long period of time with the
Father because of allegations that Father is d,r1nking, using
marijuana, and other reasons.
5. The 'ather suggests that the current situation is working
well. The 'ather denie. any alcohol abuse or marijuana use.
