AMENDED COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE
To the Honorable Judge presiding of the above said Court:
Now comes Charles J. Gindhart. pro se. who deposes and says he is the
plaintiff herein. Plaintiff respectfully submits this amended complaint in
divorce. In support thereor:
1. Plaintiff currently resides at the State Correctio~al Institution
at Camp Hill. 2500 Lisburn Road. P.O. Box 200. Camp Hill. Cumberland
County. Pennsylvania, since September 13, 1994.
2. Defendant. Nancy R. Glndhart. currently resides at 1827 South
Hicks Street. Philadelphia. Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. since
approximately December 1994.
3. Plaintiff and defendant have been bona fide residents of the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania in excess of six (6) months immediately pr10r
to the fl1ing of this amended complaint.
4. Plaintiff and defendant were marriad on August 21. 1988.
at Philadelphia. Pennsylvanip..
5. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that
the plaintiff may have the riqht to request that the court requ1re the parties
to partlcipdte ir. coulI~llliroy.

6. There were two (2) children born of this marriage,
namely, Jennifer Rena Gindhart, age 12, on April 24, 1984,
and Charles John Gindhart, Jr., age 10, on November 11, 1985.
7. All matters regarding personal property, as well as
any other matters or issues regarding Equitable Distribution
of Marital Assots, have been distributed to the satisfaction
of the parties.
COUNT I - DIVORCB
8. Plaintiff incorporates by reference the allegations
contained in Paragraphs 1 through 7, inclusive, as though the
same where fully set forth at length herein.
9. Plaintiff alleges the following as to the ground on
which this action is based:
(a) The marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken;
(b) Plaintiff and defendant intend to file Affidavits
consenting to the entry of a decree of divorce;
(c) In the alternative, plaintiff intends to file
an Affidavit allegein9 that the parties have lived
separate and apart for a period in excess of two
(2) years.
10. This action is Dot collusive as defined by Section
3309 of the Divorce Code.
WHEREFORE, your plaintiff prays this ponorable Court enter
a Decree in Divorce pursuant to the provisions of the Divorce
Code.
