THIS AGREEMENT made the 24th day of July, 2002, by and between SNIDER-
MILLER BUILDERS, of 450 Legal Drive, Marysville, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to
as Contractor,
AND
CHRISTOPHER S. COLLARE and COURTNEY A. COLLARE, husband and wife, of 2701
Spring Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owner; and
Whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family residence
on that certain lot of ground known as: Lot fl-47 Kengrey Drive of Greystone Acres as
recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 72, Page 70; and being located in South
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor,
for and in consideration of the sum of One and 00/100 Dollar ($1.00) to Contractor in hand
paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration
mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all
parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or
claims shall be filed or maintained by them' or any of them against the said buildings and
the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or
about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and
the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby
expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or
claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

appeared Glen Miller, known to me (or satisfactorily proven) to be the person whose name
is subscribed to the within instrument, and acknowledged himself to be a Partner of Snider-
Miller Builders, and that as a partner, he is authorized and has executed the within
instrument for the purposes therein contained.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain tract of land situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with Final Subdivision Plan for
Greystone Acres consisting of nine (9) sheets prepared by Louis J. Harford, Registered
Surveyor, dated June 14, 1996, a copy of which was recorded in the hereinafter named
Recorder's Office in Plan Book 72, Page 70, which Plan is incorporated herein by
reference, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of 50 feet wide Kengrey Drive at the dividing
line between Lots Nos. 47 and 48; thence from said point at the place of beginning along
said northern line of 50 feet wide Kengrey Ddve, North 77 degrees 05 minutes 46 seconds
West a distance of 254.33 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 46 and 47;
thence along said dividing line between said Lots Nos. 46 and 47, North 12 degrees 54
minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 309.51 feet to a point; thence South 77 degrees
09 minutes 04 seconds East a distance of 71.19 feet to a point; thence North 35 degrees
45 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of 52.61 feet to a point at the dividing line between
Lots Nos. 47 and 55, South 77 degrees 05 minutes 46 seconds East a distance of 165.44
feet to a point at corner common to Lots Nos. 47 and 48 and 54 and 55; thence along the
dividing line between said Lots Nos. 47 and 48, South 12 degrees 54 minutes 15 seconds
West a distance of 358.07 feet to a point on the northern line of 50 feet wide Kengrey Ddve
at the Place of BEGINNING.
THE above described lot of land is all of Lot No. 47 as shown on said Final Subdivision
Plan for Greystone Acres, recorded in Plan Book 72, Page 70, and contains an area of
2.00 acres, more or less.
