BBGINNING at a corner of a 12-foot alley, thence in a
Southeaetwardly direction along eaid avenue, 83 feet more
or leee to a poet at corner of Speck'e Alley; thence
along eaid alley in a Southweetwardly direction 137 feet
to a poet corner formerly of the Penneylvania Railroad
compan!, now of Conrail; thence in a Northweetwardly
direct on along eaid railroad 50.7 feet to a point at
corner of eaid Conrail railroad companr' thence along
eaid railroad company in the eame direct on 60 feet more
or lee~ to a poet at corner of said 12-foot alley, thence
by eaid alley in a Northeaetwardly direction 175 feet,
more or leee, to the place of BEGINNING.

principal contract, and before any authority hae been given by the
eaid Carliele Opportunity Homee, Inc. to the eaid Lettermen, Inc.
to commence work on the eaid building, or purchaee materiale for
the eame in aoneideration of the making of the eaid contract with
Lette~n, Inc., and the further coneideration of One Dollar, to
be paid by Owner/ it ie agreed that no lien ehall be filed againet
the ~ldin, by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any
of the material men or workmen or any other pereon for any labor,

building, the right to file euch liene being expreeely waived.
