1. The Plaintiff Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company
("Dauphin Deposit"), is a Pennsylvania Corporation licensed under
the banJcinq laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with an oftice
located at 3607 Derry Street, Harrisburq, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania.
2. The Defendant, Troy L. Mathna, is an individual and was
last known to reside at 1 Wilbert Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013-8325.

3. In connection with a car loan for the purpose of
financinq the purchase of a 1988 Ford Ranger Pickup Truck,
Defendant executed a "Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Installment Sale
Contract" in favor of Dauphin Deposit (Exhibit "A").

4. Pursuant to Exhibit "A" Defendant agreed to make payments
in monthly installments of $279.21 to Dauphin Deposit for a term of
48 months payable on the 22nd of each month.

5. The Defendant has defaulted under the terms and
conditions of said agreement, in that he failed to make sufficient
and consistent payments in accordance with the term..
6. Defendant was given notice that the car was sold at a
public sale by Dauphin Deposit on March 19, 1992. (The Notice of
Sale is attached hereto as Exhibit "Bit).
7. Total proceeds generated by the public sale were
$2,450.00. Costs of sale were $200.00. The net amount applied to
the principal owed on the Detendant's account was $2,250.00.
6. Demand of Defendant hae been made by Dauphin Deposit and
Dauphin Deposit's counsel tor the principal balance of $7,046.22,
plus accrued interest.
7. Defendant has refused to pay the deficiency balance owed
and is therefore liable for interest, attorney's tees and costs of
suit.
8. The following amounts are due on the loan:
(a) Unpaid Principal Balance $ 7,046.22
(b) Inter.st through 11/10/94 1,572.26
(c) Attorney's 20' Collection 1,723.70

1. The Plaintiff Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company
("Dauphin Deposit"), is a Pennsylvania Corporation licensed under
the banking laws of the CO!MIo,n~ealth of Pennsylvania with an office
located at 3607 Derry Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania.
2. The Defendant, Troy L. Mathna, is an individual and was
laat known to reside at 1 Wilbert Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013-8325,
3. In connection with a car loan for the purpose of
financing the purchase of a 19B8 ford. Ranger Pickup Truck,
Defendant executed a "Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Installment Sale
Contract" in favor of Dauphin Deposit (Exhibit "A").
4. Pursuant to Exhibit "A" Defendant agreed to make payments
in monthly installments of $279,21 to Dauphin Deposit for a term of
48 months payable on the 22nd of each month.
e. The Defendant has defaulted under the terms and
conditions ot said aqreement, in that he failed to make sufticient
and consistent payments in accordance with the terms.
6. Defendant was qiven notice that the car was Bold at a
public sale by Dauphin Deposit on March 19, 1992. (The Notice of
Sale is attached hereto as Exhibit "B").
7. Total proceeds qenerated by the pUblic sale were
$2,450.00. Costs of sale were $200.00. The net amount applied to
the principal owed on the Defendant's account was $2,2eO.00.
6. Demand of Defendant has been made by Dauphin Deposit and
Dauphin Deposit's counsel for the principal balance of $7,046.22,
plus accrued interest,
7, Defendant has refused to pay the deficiency balance owed
and is therefore liable for interest, attorney's fees and costs of
suit,
B. The following amounts are due on the loan:
(a) Unpaid Principal Balance $ 7,046.22
(b) Interest throuqh 11/10/94 1,572.26
(c) Attorney's 20' Collection 1,723.70

TOTAL DUI $ 10,342.18
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Detendant in the
amount of $10,342.18, consisting ot the principal due in the amount
ot $7,046.22, interest through November 10, 1994 in the amount ot
$1,572,26, and attorney's fees for collection in the amount ot
$1,723.70, and Plaintiff further demands judgment against Defendant
for all interest accruing after November 10, 1994 at the rate ot
$1.07 per diem, and costs of suit.

("Dauphin Deposit"), is a Pennsylvania Corporation licensed under
the banking laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with an office

located at 3607 Derry street, HarriSburg, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania.
2. The Defendant, Troy L. Mathna, is an individual and was
last known to reside at 1 Wilbert Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013-B325.
3. In connection with a car loan for the purpose of
financing the purchase of a 19B8 Ford Ranger Pickup Truck,
Defendant executed a "Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Installment Sale
Contract" in favor of Dauphin Deposit (Exhibit "A").
4, Pursuant to Exhibit "A" Defendant agreed to make payments
in monthly installments of $279.21 to Dauphin Deposit for a term of
48 months payable on the 22nd of each month,
5. The Detendant has detaulted under the terms and
conditions at said agroement, in that he tailed to make sutticient
and consistent payments in accordance with the terms.
6. Defendant was given notice that the car was sold at a
public sale by Dauphin Deposit on March 19, 1992. (The Notice ot
Sale is attached hereto as Exhibit UBU).
7. Total proceeds generated by the public sale were
$2,450.00. Costs of sale were $200.00. The net amount applied to
the principal owed on the Defendant's account was $2,250.00.
6. Demand at Defendant has been made by Dauphin Deposit and
Dauphin Deposit'. counsel for the principal balance at $7,046.22,
plus accrued interest.
7, Defendant has refused to pay the deficiency balance owed
and is therefore liable tor interest, attorney'o tee. and costs at
suit.
8. The tollowing amount. are due on the loan:
(a) Unpaid Pdncipal Balance S 7,046.22
(b) Interest through 11/10/94 1,572.26
(c) Attorney'. 20' Collection 1,723.70

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in the
amount of $10,342.1B, consisting of the principal due in the amount
ot $7,046.22, interest through Novemb.r 10, 1994 in the amount of

$1,723.70, and Plaintiff further demands judgment against Defendant
for all interest accruing after November 10, 1994 at the rate of
$1.07 per diem, and costs of suit.
