STIPULA nON AGAINST LIENS THIS AGREEMENT, made the 8th day of November, 1994, by and between HOMES BY KEYSTONE, INC., and RONALD L. SNYDER, individually, of 584 Shippensburg Road, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241 (hereinafter referenced as "Contractor") AND LARRY E. GARMAN and BETSY J. GARMAN, husband and wife, of 3466 Ritner Highway, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241 (hereinafter referenced as "Owner"), whereby Homes by Keystone, Inc. undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single-family residential dwelling and Ronald L. Snyder ag~eed to install the foundation with all materials and labor other than with respect to the foundation, itself, and the dwelling above the foundation, to be supplied by Owner on that certain lot of ground situate in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and more particularly bounded and described in Cumberland County Deed Book "V", Volume 34, Page 667. NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One and NO/lOO ($1.00) Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof i. hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be flIed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on .ccount of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above-described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file and maintain any mechanic's lie!OrClaims against the 3uiJ b~ildings or any of them, and agr th~t this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an epQhaent covenant. -- l.. _ '.' ~WITNESS our hands and seals the day and year above written.
