STATEMENT OF MECHANICS' LIEN CLAIM
J. L. RUTH ELECTRIC. INC., subconlractor, flies this mechanics' lien as a subcontractor
pursuanlto Ihe Mechanics' Lien Act of 1963, as amended, 49 P. S. 91101 .a.lfillQ... ag'.\lnst the
building and premises herein described by an allachment of their current deed hereto as Exhibit
No.1. for the payment of $2,987.22, togelher with Interest from October 1, 1994, due him as
subcontractor In the erecllon, construcllon and supplying of the building. The following Is a
statement of the claim:
1 . The claimant Is J. L. Ruth Eleclrlc, Inc., a duly Incorporated and registered
Pennsylvania Corporallon of P. O. Box 1309, 5236 East Trlndle Road. Mechanlcsburg,
Cumberland County. Pennsylvania 17055.
2. The owners of the promises and building against which this lien Is flied are
Ernesl L. Androws, a.k.a. Ernesl L. Androws, Jr., and Gloria J. Andrews, a.k,a. Joannle Andrews,
his wile, 0118 Woburn Abbey Avenue, Camp Hili, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055,
horeln called "Owner".
3. The said J. L. Ruth Electric, Inc. had a contractual arrangemont with H. Craig
Gale, Inc.. also known as Howard Galo Construcllon, to furnish labor and/or materials for the
erecllon and construcllon 01 an Improvomenl In the form 01 a resldonllal dwelling upon and to
the promises.
4. Claimant's claim Is lor labor and/or materials furnished under said
arrangement.
5. The sum of $2,987.22, logether with Interest from October 1 , 1994. Is due the
claimant on the said arrangement. The general nature and character of the labor and materials
furnished are set forth In Exhibits A through I which are Incorporated herein by reference and
made a part hereof.
6. The work and materials averred In Parag. 5 were done and/or furnished from
July 5,1994 to August 31, 1994.
7. The work was done and the materials furnished In the erecllon and construcllon of
the building, a resldenllal dwelling, localed on that certain tract of land more specifically
described on the deed allached hereto as Exhibit No.1.
8. Verified nollce 01 the claimant's Intenllon to lIIe a mechanics' lien claim against
the said property was served upon the owner In accordance with Ihe Mechanics' Lien Act of
1963. by the handing nollco to the ownors by Constable Edmund J. Gagliardi on Octobor 10,
1994 at or about 3:30 P. M, at tho said promlsos. (A true and correct copy of the AFFIDAVIT OF
SERVICE OF NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE MECHANICS' LIEN Is al\ached horelo as Is a true and
