COMPLAINT
plaintiff, Kohl Building Products, by and through its
attorneys, Silvel~an & Associates, P.A., hereby brings this

action against defendant as follows:
1. Plaintiff is now, and at all times mentioned herein
It was, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of

the State of Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant Getty's Builders, Inc. ("Getty's") is a
corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Pennsylvania.

3. Pursuant to agreements between the parties, Defendant
i Getty's did purchase from the plaintiff, on open account, various
building materials in the total sum of $4,335.01. A copy of the
Ii statement of account is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is
incorporated herein by reference. The statement of account
includes $344.67 in service charges.
4. Payment was due thirty days from the Invoice date. The
last Invoice date ia March 17, 1994. Therefore, payment was due
by April 16, 1994.
