Pettit in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania at
2675 Civil 1993. A complete legal description of the premises is attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.

The Sheriff's Deed conveying the premises to Plaintiff was
acknowledged by R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff of Cumberland County, on
April 21, 1994, was delivered to Plaintiff on April 22, 1994, and was duly
recorded in the Office for the Recording of Deeds of Cumberland County on
April 22, 1994 in Record Book 104, Page 337. A copy of that Deed is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by reference.

Defendants have no valid legal right to possession of the premises.

Plaintiff claims the right to possession of the premises to the
exclusion of the Defendants.

Despite demand, Defendants have failed and refused to relinquish
possession of the premises to Plaintiff.
8.
The fair rental value of the property from April 21, 1994 to the
present was $400.00 per month.
9.
Defendants have not paid for the fair rental value of the premises
from April 21, 1994 to the present.

WHEREFORE, P},aintiff requests the following:
A. Entry of Judgment that the Plaintiff recovers possession of
the premises.
B. Entry of Judgment against Defendants for the fair rental
value of the property from April 21, 1994 to the present as damages to the
time of trial.

says he made diligent search and inquiry for one of the within named
defendants to wit: Delbert A. Pettit, but was unable to locate him in
his bailiwick. He therefore deputized the sheriff of Mercer County to
serve the within Complaint in Ejectment and Notice according to law.

J. Michael Ickes, Deputy Sheriff who being duly sworn according to
law. says on November 23, 1994 at 10:05 A.M.E.S.T., he served a true
copy of Complaint in Ejectment and Notice, in the above entitled action
