PlaintitThaving entered into a Stipulation for Custody, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED as
follows:
I, The parents shall share legal custody of the parties' minor child,
2. Primary physical custody of the pllrlies' child shall be with Mother, and pllrlial physical
custody shall be with Father,
3. Father shall have partial physical custody on alternating weekends from Friday 6 p.m, to
Sunday 6 p,m, and alternate weekday custody one week for two overnights, alternating with the next week
with one overnight.
4. Father shall have custody of the child on Father's Day weekend and Mother shall have
custody of the child on Mother's Day from 9:00 a.m, to 9:00 p,m,
5, Parties agree that Father will have visitation on alternating holidays, from 9:()0 a.m. to 9:00
p,m,; on Thanksgiving Day, Easter Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day and July 4th, Father shall have
Thanksgiving 1994,
6, For Christmas, in even numbered years, Mother shall have rights of partial custody from
12:00 noon on December 24 until 12:00 noon on December 2S with Father having corresponding rights
from 12:00 noon on December 2S until 12:00 noon on December 26, In odd numbered years, Father shall
have rights of custody from 12:00 noon on December 24 until 12:00 noon on December 2S, with Mother
having corresponding rights from 12:00 noon of December 2S until 12:00 noon on December 26, Parties
agree to adjust holidays to best fit each other schedules,
7. Father shall have rights of partial custody for three one-week periods during each summer
upon 30 days written notice te Mother, At the same time, Mother shall be entitled to two uninterrupted
one week periods during each summer for purposes of summer vacations, again upon 30 days written
noticllto Father, In the event of a contlict, the party first giving notice shall prevail.
8, The parties agree, when possible, to share the transportation necessary to effectuate this
Agreement with the parties meeting halfwdY at a point to be agreed upon,
9, The parties each agree that the other parent shall be allowed reasonable telephone contact
with the parties' child while in their custody, Reasonable telephone contact is defined to be one telephone
call per day.
10, The parties agree to be the primary caregiver for their daughter when she is in their custody
and to provide proper child care, when necessary,
II, The parties agree to discuss discipline procedures,
12, Mother and Father agree 1I0t to make disparaging remarks about the other party to the child
or in front of the child; and further agree to attempt to refrain third parties from making such remarks,
13, It is understood and stipulated by the parties that, upon their mutual agreement, an
expanded or altered schedule may be agreed upon between the parties for and in the best interests of the
child.
14, The parties agree that this Stipulation shall be submitted to the Cumberland County Court
of Common Pleas for entry as an Order of Court,
15, The parties agree that this Stipulation shall have the full force and effect of a Court Order
until it is so entered as such and shall be enforceable as any other Order of Court,

STIPULATION FOR CUSTODY
April Michelle Fry, Plaintiff ("Mother" herein) and Daniel Blaine Fry, Defendant ("Father" herein),
who are the parents of a minor child, Chelsea Danielle Fry, born January 2, 1989, intending to be legally
bound, hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
I. The parents shall share legal custody of the parties' minor chile:.
2, Primary physical custody of the parties' child shall be with Mother. and partial physical
custody shall be with father.
3, Father shall have partial physical custody on alternating weekends from Friday 6 p,m. to
Sunday 6 p.m, and alternate weekday custody of one week for two overnights, alternating with the next
