Petition and upon Agreement of the parties attached to the within Petition as Exhibit "An, it is
ordered and decreed that primary custody be granted to Wanda McKinney, with partial custody to
Aurelio Gonzalez, as more specifically set forth in the Agreement of the parties,

CUSTODY AGREEMENT
ENTERED INTO this 2nd day of November, 1994
BETWEEN, AURELIO M. GONZALEZ, of 2 West Penn Street, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as nFathern,
AND WANDA McKINNEY, of 102A Liilcoln Street, Curlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as "Mothern,
WHEREAS, Fatherand Mother are the parents of Amber Lee McKinney, born AprilS,
19SI, a minor, hereinafter referred to as nthe child";
WHEREAS, Father and Mother are no longer living together;
WHEREAS, no order of court or agreement has been entered previously concerning the
child;
WHEREAS, Father and Mother acknowledge that the child is now living with Mother;
WHEREAS, Father and Mother believe that the best interests of the child is served by the
present custodial arrangement;
WHEREAS, Father and Mother believe that it is in the best interests of their child to reach
an agreement as to the relative custody, partial custody, and visitation of their child;
WHEREAS, Father and Mother desire to have said agreement entered as an Order of
Court having jurisdiction over the child;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises, and
agreements as hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:
I, Mother and Father shall have joint legal custody of the child,
2, Mother shall have primary physical custody of the child,
3, Father shaH have reasonable periods of partial or temporary custody with the child,
which periods, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing shaH consist of
a, during the day on either Saturday or Sunday,
b, Periods during the holidays, as agreed by the parties,
c. Such other periods of visitation as agreed to by Mother and Father,
4, Mother and Father agree that temporary custudy has usually occurred when the
child has walked to the home of Fathel: Mother and Father agree that this practice will continue
unless it is determined by Father and Mother that it is no longer practical. In such event, Father
shall be responsible for picking up and retuming the child.
