total price of $15,500, not including electrical power wiring,
roof patching, floor patching or crane rental. A copy of said
proposal signed by Defendant is attached hereto, made a part
hereof, and marked as Exhibit "A".
5. At Defendant's request, Plaintiff furnished materials
and labor for installing the electrical wiring of three air
conditioning units including new subpanels and for the installa-
tion of an air conditioning duct run to the office area at the
aforesaid location in the total amount of $2,570.53.
6. Plaintiff performed its work in a good and workmanlike
manner.
7. Plaintiff submitted invoices to Defendant for the work
performed and materials furnished. Copies of the unpaid
invoices in the total amount of $13,070.53 are attached hereto,
made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "B".
a. The invoiced costs for the materials and labor for
installing electrical wiring of three air conditioner units
including new subpanels and the air conditioning duct run to the
office area in the total amount of $2,570.53 were paid by checks
dated September 16, 1994.
9. The invoiced costs for services performed and materials
furnished were charged to Defendant's book account with
Plaintiff.
10. Payment of the unpaid invoice balance of $13,070.53
was due on or before september 2, 1994.
