1. Plaintiff is Donna J. Fickes, who currently resides at
28 Fairfield Street, Newville, PA 17241.
2. Defendant is J. Wesley Fickes, who currently resides

3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been a bona fide residents
in the Commonwealth for at least six months immediately previous
to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The plaintiff and defendant were married on May, 1991
in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for
annulment between the parties.
6. The marriag!'l is irretrievably broken, and the parties
are proceeding under Section 3301(c) of the Divorce Code.
7. Neither Plaintiff nor Defendant are a member of the
United States Armed Services.
