and between RUSSELL C. GOODLING, of 2920 Dickinson Avenue, camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, AND
RUSSELL C. GOODLING, of 2920 Dickinson Avenue, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the
former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a ten unit
townhouse building on that certain lot of ground situate in the
Borough of Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described in accordance with Plan of
Property The Estate of Russell A. Sheaffer prepared by Michael C.
D'Angelo, PLS on February 28, 1992 as follows:
BEGINNING at a pin at the northeast corner of Locust Street
and strawberry (formerly Stroh's) Alley; thence along Locust
Street North 03 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds West 128.84 feet to
pin at an unopened alley; thence along said unopened alley North
86 degrees 38 minutes 38 seconds East 192.29 feet to a pin on
line of lands now or formerly of The Church of the United
Brethren In Christ, of Shiremanstown, PAl thence along said last
mentioned lands South 22 degrees 17 minutes 57 seconds East
135.23 feet to a nail at Strawberry (formerly Stroh's) Alley;
thence along said Strawberry Alley South 86 degrees 25 minutes 00
seconds West 235.69 feet to the pin at the point and place of
BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which Mary Ann Quigley, Executrix
under the Last will and Testament of Russell A. Sheaffer, by Deed

dated July 28, 1992 and recorded July 30, 1992 in the Cumberland
county Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book "U", Volume 35, Page
697, granted and conveyed unto Russell C. Goodling.
MOW TH.RB~ORB, THIS AORBBKBNT WITNESSETH I That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors,
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained
by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them and agree that this
instrument, waving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.
