On or about September 23, 1994, the Defendant vacated the real
estate which was subsequently sold by the Plaintiff to a third
party.

Defendant has failed to make the following payments as was
provided for under the aforementioned Agreement:
A. TAXES: $106.69 1994 County taxes for January 1, 1994
- September 23, 1994; $358.03 1993/94 School taxes for<July If 1993
- June 30, 1994; $46.44 1994/95 School taxes for July 1, 1994 -
September 23, 199~.
B. INSURANCE:
September 23, 1994.
C. MORTGAGE/RENT: $277.85 for August 1994; $'213.02 for
September 1, 1994 - September 23, 1994.
$42.55 prorated for July 12, 1994 -
D. BOROUGH UTILITIES: $436.22

Despite repeated demands, the Defendant has refused to pay to
Plaintiff, the amount of One Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Dollars
and Eighty Cents ($1,480.80) as is provided for under the
aforementioned Agreement.
1fHBRBFORB, Plaintiff prays this Court enter judgment in favor
of Plaintiff and against Defenoant in the amount of One Thousand
Four Hundred Eighty Dollars and Eighty Cents ($1,480.80)., plus
interest and costs.
