Legal custody of the minor child, Jessica Anne Wilson, will be shared by her father, the Plaintiff, Gregory B. Wilson, and her mother, the Defendant, Amber Sue Wilson. 2. Primary physical custody of the said child is hereby awarded to the mother, Amber Sue Wilson. 3. The father, Gregory B. Wilson, shall have the following periodS of temporary or partial custody with the child: A. Alternating weekends from Friday at 4:00 p.m. until Sunday at 5:00 p.m., commencing on Friday, February 11, 1995. 8. Every Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until Friday at S:OO a.m., commencing on Thursday, February 16, 1995. c. On the following holidays, on an alternating basiB, from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.: New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, and Labor Day, with the father atarting hill holidays with Memorial Day in 1 \ 1995. In the event that the father's holiday falls adjacent to a weekend he is scheduled to have the child, the weekend shall expand into the holiday. D. Over the Thanksgiving holiday in odd-numbered years, the mother shall have the child on Thursday and the father shall have the child on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 0:00 p.m. and in even-numbered years the father shall have the child on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 0:00 p.m. and the mother shall have the child on Friday. The provisions for the Thanksgiving holiday shall prevail over the other periods of temporary custody. E. Over the Christmas hOliday in odd-numbered years, the father shall have the child from 4:00 p.m. on the 22nd of December until 4:00 p.m. on the 24th of December and the mother shall have the child from 4:00 p.m. on the 24th of December until 4:00 p.m. on the 26th of December. In even-numbered years, the mother shall have the child from 4:00 p.m. on the 22nd of December until 4:00 p.m. on the 24th of December and the father shall have the child from 4:00 p.m. Gn the 24th of December until 4:00 p.m. on the 26th of December. The provisions for the Christmas holiday periods of custody for both parents shall prevail over all other provisions of this order. F. The mother shall have the child from 9:00 a.m. until 0:00 p.m. every Mother's Day and the father shall have the child from 9:00 a.m. until 0:00 p.m. every Father's Day, notwithstanding the other provisions of this order. G. Each of them showed remarkable maturity and sensitivity ill dealing with the other and they are to be commended for their attitude. 4.
