Water street, P.O. Box 104, Newburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17241. She is married. 8. The natural father of the child is Ronald L. Hoch, currently residing at 4564 McClays Mill Road, Shippensburg, Franklin county, pennsylvania. He is married. 9. The relationship of Plaintiff to child is natural father. The Plaintiff currently resides Norris, his girlfriend, and her children, Shawne Jessica Horst. that of with Barb Minor and 10. natural The relationship of Defendant to child mother. The Defendant currently resides is that of with Jeff Johnson, her boyfriend. 11. The Plaintiff has not participated as a witness, or in any other capacity in other litigation the custody of the child in this or another Court. 12. The Plaintiff has no information of a proceeding conc6rning the child pending in a Court Commonwealth or in any other juridictioll. 13. The Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceedings who has physical custody of the child or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the child. 14. The best interests and permanent welfare of the child will be served by granting the Plaintiff the relief requested party or concerning custody of this because: 2 A) The Plaintiff is able and willing to provide a nurturing, caring, and stable environment for his child during his periods of partial physical custody. B) The plaintiff should not be denied contact with his daughter. C) The child should not be deprived of having regular contact with Plaintiff. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests this Honorable Court to grant shared legal and partial physical custody of the child to Plaintiff, Ronald L. Hoch as follows: a. alternate weekends from Friday evening at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday evening at 8:00 p.m., b. four weeks during the summer vacation during the summer vacation months; c. the parties will alternate the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Easter, Veterans' Day, and Thanksgiving. On each such holiday the parent who has the child for that holiday will have her from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., d. every Christmas Day from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.; e. the parties shall share transportation of the child; and 3 I14R 1 - 1995 J.." v I IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF ICUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA I INO. 6733 - CIVIL - 1994 I I ICIVIL ACTION - CUSTODY RONALD L. HOCH, Plaintiff PAULA M. HOCH, Defendant AND NOW, this 'sl- day of of the attaohed Custody directed as folloys: 1. The Mother, Paula M. Hoch, and the Father, Ronald L. Hoch, shall have shared legal custody of Angel N. Hoch, born June 29, 1990. COURT 0RDmR ~ ' 1995, upon consideration Cono 1 at on Report, it is ordered and 2. The Mother shall enjoy primary physical custody of the minor child. 3. The Father shall enjoy periods of temporary physical custody as follows: A. On alternating weekends starting the weekend of February 17. For the first four times that the Father has custody on alternating weekends, the time shall be starting on Saturday at 9 A.M. After the first four times, the pickup shall be Friday evening at 5 P.M. The Father shall return the minor child to the Mother during the school year on Sunday at 7 P.M., and during the summer months, the return time shall be 8 P.M. B. The Father shall have at least three weeks vacation in the summer, which shall be non-consecutive weeks and in the antioipation that one week shall be in June, one week in July and one week in August. 4. The parties shall alternate holidays to include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Easter, Veteran's Day, and Thanksgiving. The time shall be from 9 A.M. until 8 P.M. On this alternating schedule, the Father shall have custody on Easter Day 1995. 5.
