Personally appeared before me, a Notary Public, in and for
said Commonwealth and County, ROBERT B. LIEBERMAN, ESQUIRE, who,
being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says:
1. That on December 7, 1994, a Complaint to Confirm Custody
was filed on behalf of the Plaintiff and against Defendant in the
above case.
2. That on December 12, 1994, I forwarded, by certified
mail, return receipt requested, restricted delivery, a certified
copy of the Complaint to Confirm Custody, to the Defendant, MICHAEL
T. BAIR, at 652B Market Street, Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, as evidenced by the Bender's receipt attached hereto.
