Money Order Fees shall be based upon the weekly volume of Money Orders sold by Merchant, Mer.

Procedure lor Sale 01 Money Orders:
MBrchant shall sell money orders strictly pursuant to the following procedures:
A, Merchant shall sell only MEMO monBY ordBrs In each retail establishment and shall ansure that tha
money orders are held secure at alttlmes and that such money orders arB handled snd sold, along
with thB cash generaled from such salas, only by employees who are bondBd by a company approved
by MEMO, Merchant shall have the option, In lieu 01 providing a spBclfic bond pursuant to this Agreement,
01 listing MEMO as an additional obllgBe on a blanket bond covering all of Merchant's emfJloyees,
B. Merchant shall sell money orders in strict numerical sequence in accordanCB with the numbBr printad
on each blank money order.
C, The face amount of any money order sold by Merchant shall not excaed the sum of $
D . Merchant shall not Issue a money order until such time as Marchant has Imprinted the applicable amount
on the face of the money order, utilizing only the Imprinter approved by MEMO and no other Imprinter:
collected from the purchaser the face amount of the money order and an additional amount detBrmined
by MBrchant which shall not be less than thB applicable Money Order Fee; and removed and rBlalned
the accounting (store) copy of lhe money order,
E. If the money order Imprinter is not In propBr operating condition or properly Inked, Merchant shalt
Immediately report such fact to MEMO or MEMO's authorized servicing vendor,
F, MEMO may deliver blank money orders to Merchant, or to any agent, employee or representative of
Merchant, by whatever means MEMO deems appropriate, and MEMO is authorized to receive and Issue
a receipt lor blank money orders on behalf of Merchant.
