The Plaintiff maintained books of account, keeping an accurate running account of all debits and credits for the lease of said equipment provided to the Defendant, and said lease is in default and payments theron due from lessee who has not paid plaintiff. 5. As a result of the foregoing the Defendant owes the Plaintiff the amount of $10,563.25 plus interest at the legal rate of 6 percent per annum, for said lease equipment and statement of account showing said balance on said account is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by reference. 6. Demand for payment on this account has been made on August 9, 1994.
