work to bc donc or matcrial furnishcd undcr said principal contract. Thc undcrsigncd, for itsclf,
its subcontractors, matcrialmcn, laborcrs lInd anyonc clsc acting or claiming through or undcr
it, hercby waivcs lInd rclinquishcs 1I11 right to filc amcchanics' Iicn, claim or notice of intention
to filc any licn or claim against thc Rcal Estlltc.
Thc undcrsigncd, for itsclf, its subcontrllctors, matcrialmcn, laborcrs and anyonc else
acting undcr or through it, hcrcby irrcvocably lIuthorizcs and cmpowcrs any lItlorncy of any
court of compctcnt jurisdiction of thc Commonwealth of Pcnnsylvania, or elscwhere, to appcar
as attorncy for it, thcm or namcs, mark satisficd of rccord at thc cost and cxpcnse of the
undcrsigned, any and all claims, Iicns, any plcading or instrumcnt, or any amcndmcnt to any
pleading or instrumcnt prcviously filcd by it or them, to incorporate therein as part of thc rccord
this waiver and for such act or acts this waivcr shall bc good and sufficicnt warrant and

Iicns to be dischargcd by any othcr instrumcnt, plcading or procceding permittcd at law or In
cquity.
Thc undcrsigncd hcrcby avcrs, rcprcscnts and warrants that no work has commcnced on
thc Rcal Estlltc and no labor or matcrials havc bccn dclivcrcd to thc Rcal Estatc or furnishcd for
thc improvcmcnt of thc Rcal Eslmc by thc undcrsigncd or by any subcontrllctor, matcrialman,
laborer, or othcr pcrson or entity, and that no authorization has yct bcen givcn by the Owncr
