'" a e . , .-. 0 . ~ ._, <:: '" u u EXHIBIT A ~EGAL DESCRIPTION ALL those several pieces or parcels of land situated in the Township of Silver Spring, county of Cumberland and Commonwealth of pennsylvania, comprising the premises occupied by the New Kingstown Fire company (sometimes called "New Kingston Fire Company") more particularly bcunded and described as follows: PARCEL NO.1: BEGINNING at a stone, thence by landS now or formerly of Christian Hartman, north fcurteen and one-rourth (14 1/4) degrees east, thirty-six and six-tenths (36.6) perches to a hickory; thence by lands now or formerly of William Hensel, Levi Shall and widow Armstrong, north sixty-five and one-half (65 1/2) degrees east, thirty-eight and seven-tenths (38.7) perches to a stcne; thence by lands formerly of widow Armstrong, parcel No. 2 herein, South forty-three and one-half (43 1/2) degrees east, thirty and two-tenths (30.2) perches to a stone; thence by lands formerly of Michael Kost, Parcel No. 3 heroin, South sixty-five and one half (65 1/2) degrees west seventy-one and one-tenth (71.1) perches to a stone, the placo of BEGINNING. containing nine (9) acres and ono hundred thirty (130) perch.s. Keller by his Deed dated March 10, 1904 and reccrded in the Recorder's Office in and for said Cumberland county in Dsed Book "P", Vol. 6, Page 559, granted and conveyed unto Wilscn N. Miller et ali and that certain tract of land which said Joshua A. Keller by his Deed dated April 15, 1907 and recorded in the Recorder's Office in and for said Cumberland County in Deed Book "V", Vol. 10, Page 545, granted and conveyed unto Mrs. Jennie E. Baker. BEING the several parcels of land which became vested in the Mortgagor/Borrower herein sometimes known as "New Kingston Fire company" and now known as New Kingstown Fire company by deed from F.D. and Dessa c.
