Recorder of Deeds In and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on Aprll II, 1984, In
Record 800k 748, Page 616, Defendant executed a Mortgage In favor of Pla!ndff In the face
amount ofTwenty-three Thousand Five Hundred ($23,500.00) Dollars on the Defendant's
real propertY located at 21 Altoona Avenue, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. A
tnJe and correct copy of the aforesaid Mortgage Is Incorporated herein and attached hereto
as Exhibit "8".
6. The Mortgage recited that It secured the Note attached as Exhibit" A". The Note
and Mortgage recited that If there were ever any default In payments of either principal or
Interest, or taxes or other assessments, the principal amount due under the Note and
Mortgage would become due and owing In full at the opdon of the Mortgafiee, together with
Interest, reasonable attorneys' fees, plus all other assessments and accrued costs, with costs
of suit and collecdon.
7. A true and correct copy of the legal descrlpdon of the tract secured by the
Mortgage Is contained In the Mortgage at ExhIbit "8".
