Defendant did execute Promissory Notes pursuant to which Defendant
was adva~ced by Plaintiff the sum of $2,280.00 aa a National Direct
Student Loan. Copies of said Notes are attached as Exhibit "A".
As set forth in the Affidavit of Ellen Harris-Small, there remains
outstanding an unpaid principal balance of $2,280.00 plus sccrued
interest of $414.71 thereon as of July 22, ,1993. A copy of said
Affidavit is attached as Exhibit "B". As per the attached Notea,
Defendant ia liable for all attorney's fees and related costs and
charges for the co11ectiDn of any amount not paid when in default.
Said attorney's fees at the rate of 25% come to $691.68.
