STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the I~l day of December, 1994, by and
between W. LEE ROLAND, Builder, of 337 West Meadow Drive,
Mechanicsburg, pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
Contractor, AND W. LEE ROLAND and ROSALIE H. ROLAND, his wife, of
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owner,
whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a
single family residential dwelling on that certain lot of ground
situate in Lot No. 131, Phase II, Final Subdivision Plan of
The Peninsula Phase II, said Plan being recorded in the
Cumberland county Recorder of Deeds in Plan Book 67, Page 36.
Being part of the same premises which Silver Spring, Inc., a
Pennsylvania Corporation, by its Deed dated January 24, 1994, and
recorded February 14, 1994 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
in and for Cumberland county in Deed Book 101, Page 462 granted
and conveyed unto sample Bridge Associates, Grantor herein. Also
being the same premises which Sample Bridge Associates, by Deed
dated December 8, 1994 and about to be recorded herewith, granted
and conveyed unto W. Lee Roland and Rosalie H. Roland, his wife.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors,
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained
