B, Traveling at an unsafe speed;
C, Failing to yield the right-of-way;
D, Failing to keep her vehicle under proper and
adequate control;
E, Failing to warn persons such as Plaintiff of an
unreasonable risk of harm;
F, Failing to obey traffic control signals;
G, Striking another vehicle,
6, As a result of Defendant's negligence, Plaintiff suffered severe and
disabling injuries, including but not limited to, injuries to her nerves. bones, muscles, joints
and fascia, pain and suffering, mental and emotional distress, some or all of which are or
may be continuing in nature,
7, As a further result of her injuries, Plaintiff incurred medical bills and
expenses for care and treatment, lost earnings andlor earning capacity and suffered loss of
life's pleasures and diminution of her daily activities,
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in an amount in
excess of $25,000.00, exclusive of interest, costs and delay damages,
