The Plaintiff, MARJORIE A. MAUS, currently resides at 99 Richland Road, Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania since 1991. 2. The Defendant, JAMES W. MAUS, currently resides at 99 Richland Road, Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania sipce 1991. 3. The Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months. 4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married in Carlisle, Pennsylvanis, October 3, 1987. 5. Neither Plaintiff or Defendant are members of the United States Armed Services. 6. Plaintiff and Defendant have both been advised of the availability of marital counseling and that each may have the right to request that the Court require the parties to participate in counseling. 7. Plaintiff avers that the marriage is irretrievably broken pursuant to Section 330l(c) of the Pennsylvania Divorce Code Act 23.
