1. Plaintiff is Arthur L. Brehm, with a mailing
address of P. O. Box 105, Plainfield, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17081.
2. Defendant is Glenda J. Brehm, residing at 373 High
Mountain Road, Shippensburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17257.
3. Plaintiff seeks partial custody of the following
children:
Nicole L. Brehm born September 17, 1987
Melissa J. Brehm born April 28, 1989
The children were not born out of wedlock.
The children are presently in the custody of
Defendant at the above address.
During the past five years the children have
resided with Plaintiff and Defendant at 373 High Mountain
Road until December 1994.
Plaintiff and Defendant are married to each other
but separated.
4. Plaintiff is the father of the children and he
resides with his parents.
5. Defendant is the mother of the children and she
resides with the children.
6. Plaintiff has not participated as a party or
witness, or in another capacity, in other litigation
concerning the custody of the children in this or another
court.
Plaintiff has no information of a custody
proceeding concerning the children pending in a court of
this Commonwealth.
Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to
the proceedings who has physical custody of the children or
claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to
the children.
7. The best interest and permanent welfare of the
children will be served by granting the relief requested
because the children need a continuing loving ~elationship
with their father.
8. Each parent whose parental rights to the children
have not been terminated and the person who has physical
custody of the child have been named as parties to this
action.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the court to grant to him
partial custody of the children.

Report, it is ordered and
1. The Father, Arthur L. Brehm, II, and the Mother, Glenda Jo
Brehm, shall enjoy shared legal custody of Nicole L. Brehm,
born September 17, 1987, and Melissa J. Brehm, born April 28,
1989.
2. The Mother shall enjoy primary physical custody of the minor
children. The Father shall enjoy periods of temporary
physical custody of the minor children as follows:
A. During the summer months under the following schedule:
1. On alternating weekends from Friday at 6 P.M. until
Sunday at 5 P.M.
2. On Wednesday and Thursday evening from 4:30 P.M.
until 8:30 P.M.
3. For a period of at least two weeks for family
vacation at such times as arranged between the
parties.
4. At such other times as the parties may agree.
B. During the school year, the Father shall have temporary
custody as follows:
1. On alternating weekends from Friday at 6 P.M. until
Sunday at 5 P.M.
2. On those days when the children are not in school
and Mother has a normal scheduled workday, Father
shall have custody of the children during the day.
3. At such other times as agreed upon by the parties.
3. The parties shall alternate custody of the minor children on
the following holidays:
July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas
Day, New Year's Eve (to include New Year's Day), President's
Day, Easter, and Memorial Day. Father shall enjoy custody on
July 4th, 1995 with the parties alternating thereafter.
4. For the children's birthdays, the parties shall alternate
spending time with the children on their birthdays with the
parent who does not have custody on a particular child's
birthday to have an opportunity for at least four hours of
custody the day before or the day after the birthday to
celebrate the child's birthday.
5. Mother shall always enjoy custody of the children on Mother's
Day and Father shall always enjoy custody of the children on
Father's Day, this provision to supersede the custody schedule
set forth above.
6. Mother shall enjoy the benefit of a two-week period of
uninterrupted custody with the children during the summer
months in the event Mother takes a vacation from work. Mother
shall advise Father each year on or before May 1 as to when
she intends to exercise this vacation time.
7. The parties may alternate the above schedule as the parties
may agree. In the absence of an agreement, the above schedule
shall control.
8. This Order is entered pursuant to an agreement reached by the
parties at a Custody Conciliation Conference. In the event
either party desires to modify this Order, that party may
petition the Court to have the case again scheduled with a
Custody Conciliator.
9. The difference between the summer and school schedule for
custody is done because of the Father's anticipated work
schedule in the school year being from 3 P.M. until 11 P.M.
In the event the Father cbtains employment during the school
year on a first-shift basis, the parties shall discuss
providing the Father with evening time similar to what is
provided in the summer months.
