DEFAULT JUDGMENT ORDER
This day came the Plaintiff by Dickie, McCamey & Chil-
cote, P.C., its attorneys, and moved the Court for Judgment by
Default against the Defendant, Encil Crihfield, and tendered and
asked leave to file the Affidavits of Charles A. McCauley, Jr. of
the West Virginia Department of Agriculture and W. Scott Campbell,
one of the attorneys of record for Plaintiff, which said Affidavits
have been seen and inspected by the Court are hereby ordered filed.
ORDERED. It appearing to the Court from said Affidavits
and documents filed herein that this action was filed in the office
of the Clerk of this Court on September 16, 1991; that the Secre-
tary of State was duly served with a summons, together with a copy
of the Plaintiff's Complaint on October 16, 1991; that Defendant,
Encil Crihfield, was duly served with a summons, together a copy of
the Plaintiff's Complaint on October 24, 1991 in Camp Hill, Penn-
sylvania; that the Plaintiff, Encil Crihfield, has failed to
appear, answer or otherwise defend this action; that said Defendant
is not in the military service of the United States of America and
