and a domestic return receipt signed by Mr. Amin and dated

are incorporated by reference.
5. On December 3D, 1994, I caused to be served a copy
of the Writ of Summons on Defendant Ram K. Agrawal by Certified
Mail directed to his residence at 17325 Outer Drive, Big Rapids,
MI 49307. Mr. Ram signed the receipt card on January 5, 1995.
The originals of a receipt for certified mail dated December 30,
1994 and a domestic return receipt signed by Mr. Agrawal and
dated January 5, 1995 are attached to this Affidavit as Exhibit
