BEGINNING at a railroad spike at corner of Intersection of Fairfield Street and
Pennsylvania Avenue; thence along Fairfield Street, North 51 degrees 30 minutes 50
seconds East 28.75 feet to an Iron pin at land now or forrnerly of George W. DeWalt,
South 47 Degrees East 190,12 feet to an Iron pit at the edge of Center Street; thence
along the Northerly edge of Center Street, being a 20 foot wide right of way, South 71
degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds West 113,74 feet to an Iron pit at the Easterly edge
of Pennsylvania Avenue; thence along the curbllne of Pennsylvania Avenue, North 19
degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds West 156.59 feet to a railroad spike, the Place of
BEGINNING, CONTAINING 11,604 square feet or 0,266 acres, pursuant to a survey
of Price and Associates, Inc" dated August 7, 1975.
BEING the same property which was conveyed to Charlotte Rice, Maxine Brooks and
Harry C, Young, by Charlotte Rice, Maxine Brooks and Harry C, Young, Executors
under the Last Will and Testament of Harry J. Young, deceased, by deed dated
February 25, 1976, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for
Curnberland County In Deed Book "r, Vol. 26, Page 948, Charlotte Rice, Jointed by
her husband, Cyrus S. Rice; and Harry C. Young, Jointed by his wife, Connie L.
Young, granted and conveyed and undivided two-thirds Interest In said premises to
Plaintiff, by deed dated October 14, 1988 and recorded In the office aforesaid In Deed
Book Volume_ page__, Copies of the aforesaid deeds are attached
hereto, made part hereof and marked Exhibit "A",
4, Plah')tlff's estate in said real property consists, as set forth In the previous paragraph,
an undivided two-thirds Interest In fee simple therein, and the Defendant has an undivided one-third
Interest and estate In said property.
5. There are no liens or encumbrances thereon appearing of record or known to the
Plaintiff, and no person other than the Plaintiff and the Defendant Is Interested In said premises as
owner or otherwise.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays Judgment:
1, For the Petition of the real property here and above described, according to the
respective rights of the parties aforesaid.
