1. The Mother, Susan L. Sheaffer, and the Father, Terry A.
Sheaffer, shall enjoy shared legal oustody of Abigayle
Cierra Sheaffer, born August 19, 1991.
2. Physical oustody of the minor child shall be handled as
followsl
A. The Father ahall enjoy physioal custody as followsl
1. On alternating weekends from Friday at 9 A.H.
until Sunday at 9 A.H. During the summer
montha when there is no Sunday sohool, Father's
custody on the alternating weekend shall extend
until 4 P.H.
2. On al ternating weeks from Wednesday at noon
until Friday at 4 P.H. This schedule shall be
the Wednesday after the weekend the Father
f/lnjoys oustody.
3. Hother shall enjoy physioal custody all other times that the
child is not in the physical custody of the Father.
4. 'or the holidays, the parties shall alternate physical custody
on the following holidays,
Baster, Hemorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and '1'hanksgiving.
The alternating times shall be from 9 A.H. until 5 P.H.
5. On the Christmas holiday, the parties shall alternate custody
as :tallows,
On Chriatmas Eve trom 4 P.H. untJ.l Christmas Day at 2 P.M.,
and Chri.tmas Day at 2 P.H. until December 26 at 6 P.H. 'or

1995, the Father shall have custody from Christmas Day
through December 26 and the Mother shall have custody
from Christmas Eve through December 25. This schedule
shall alternate every year, except as modified by
agreement of the parties.
6. The Mother shall always have custody of the minor child
on Mother's Day and the Father shall always have custody
on Father's Day. This provision is to supersede any other
provision in this Order. Custody on those days shall be
from at least 9 A.M. until 5 P.M.
7. The parties shall work to try to alternate physical custody
of the minor child on the child's birthday or at least on a
day close to the birthday so that each parent has an
opportunity to enjoy the child's birthday. For 1995, the
Mother shall have custody of the minor child on her
birthday.
8. The parties shall each have an opportunity for two weeks of
custody for purposes of vacation or other extended periods of
custody during each year. These weeks shall not be
consecutive. The parties shall give each other at least
thirty days written notice with respect to when they intend
to exercise vacation time pursuant to this provision.
9. The parties may modify the above provisions as they may
agree. Absent an agreement between the parties, the above
provision shall control.
10. This Order is entered pursuant to an agreement reached by
t!le par'ties at a Custody Conoiliation Conferenoe. In the
event either party desires to modify this Order, that party
may petition the Court to have the case again soheduled with
a Custody Conciliator.

Hother shall have custody of the minor child on her
birthday.
8. The parties shall each have an opportunity for two weeks of
oustody for purposes of vacation or other extended periods of
custody during each' year. These weeks shall not be
oonsecutive. The parties shall give each other at least
thirty days written notice with respect to when they intend
to exercise vacation time pursuant to this provision.
9. The parties may modify the above provisions as they may
agree. Absent an agreement between the parties, the above
provision shall control.
10. This Order is entered pursuant to an agreement reached by
the parties at a Custody Conoiliation Conference. In the
~vent either party desires to modify this Order, that party
may petition the Court to have the case again scheduled with
a Custody Conoiliator.
