Street, Newville, PA 17241, hereinafter referred to as OWNERS,
whereby the former undertook and a,reed to erect and conatruct
improvementB to a dwelling house on the certain lot of ground
aituate in West Pennsboro TownBhip, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more fully bounded and described on the attached
Exhibit "A",
NOW THEREPORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
CONTRACTOR, for and in consideration of the aum of 1$1,00/ Dollar
to them in hand paid by OWNERS, the receipt whereof ia hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselvea and their subcontractors, and
all partiea acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic'a liens or claima shall be filed or maintained by
them or any of them againat the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under sald contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said CONTRACTOR, for themBelvea, their subcontractorB and
otherB under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the Baid buildings or any of them, and agree that this
inatrument, waiving the right of lien, Bhall be an independent
covenan t,
