I, Robert Campbell, Jr.. would like to appeal the IGnctlon currently b.lng
placed upon me. The balls lor my appeal Is bas.d on a Itrong Itlllng 01
Injustice which I have.
I would like to Itart by explaining the circumstance. 01 my conviction. On
the evening 01 January 23, 1994, I wal In a convenience store (Sheetz) In
Cartlsle, PA. Another pereon In the store was creating a dlsturbanc. which
cauled an employee to call the police. As I continued to wall patl.ntly lor my
lood to be prepared, a police ollicer tapped me on the .houlder and alked me
how old I was. The next thing I knew, I was receiving a citation lor violating
Section 6308 (offen..s related to alcohol). At this time, Ilelt an Iniquity becau..
I had done nothing to caule a disturbance while the one who had disturbed the
publlo walked away. Due to this leellng. I ortglnally pleaded not guilty and went
lor a heartng. At the heartng, I told the truItl under oath and admllled to having
oonsumed alcohol on the evening 01 January 23. 1994. I paid the line and took
the "alcohol awarenlls cia.." offered by the Commonwealth 01 P.nnlylvanla,
never thinking that my driving prlvll.ge8 were In Jeopardy. Dlltr1ct JUltlet
