vlaintiff at any time throughout the course of the events described
in Plaintiff's Complaint. On the contrary, Plaintiff at hie
insistence remained in the Store for approximately five minutes
while an employee wrote down hie name and that of the Manager at
the specific request of the Plaintiff. It is specifically denied
that Defendant'. employee attempted or did intimidate and/or huau
pldntiH by trying to force Plaintiff to confen and on the
