COMPLAINT IN CIVIL ACTION
AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff / PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK, byan4
through its counsel Tucker Arensberg, P.C. and files this Complaint
stating as followsr
1. Plaintiff is PNC Bank, National Bank, a national
banking association and a citi~en of Pennsylvania with its main
office at Fifth Avenue and Wood Street, Pittsburgh, Allegheny
County, Pennsylvania 15265.
2. Defendants Tracy D. Edmonds and Melissa L. Edmonds are
individuals, with a residence address of Lot 87/ Rollo Court,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
3. On or about August 22/ 1988/ Plaintiff and Defendants
Were parties to a Ponnsylvania Mobile Home Installment Sale
Contract ("Note") Whereby Plaintiff did lend the sum of $16,200.00,
and Defendants promised to pay to Plaintiff the amount due under
the terms and conditions of the Contract. A true and correct copy
of the Contract is attached hereto, incorporated herein, and
labeled Exhibit "A".
4. Under the terms and conditions of the CC1ntraClt,
Defendants promised to pay t.o Plaintiff the sum of $197.04 per
month commencing September 25, 1988.
5. Under the termll and oonditionll of the Contraot PNC
Blnk, National ASllooiation, wall granted a 8eourity interest on the
following propertYl 1989 Skyline Mobile Home, Serial No. 5011-
04606Y ("Skyline").
6. The security interest of PNC Bank / National
Assooiation, was perflllcted in the SkylJ.ne. A Pennsylvania
Certitioate of Title is attached hereto and incorporated herein and
labeled Exhibit "B".
7. On or about, but not limited to May 1993, and at
certain times thereafter continuing until the present, Defendants
failed to make monthly payments in the correct SUm and when due
under the tarms and conditions of the Contract.
8. By reason of Defendants' failure to makQ a monthly
payment when due there was a default under the terms and conditions
of the Contract and the entire balance of the Contract was due and
payable.
9. On September 8, 1993/ PNC Bank did mail the Notioe of
Default to each Defendant. A true and correct copies of the
Notices are attached hereto, incorporated herein and jointly
labelled Exhibit "C".
10. Thereafter, and according to the terms and condition.
of the Contract, PNC Bank, National Association repossessed the
Skyline which, after Notice of Repossession to Defendants, w.. sold
at private sale for the sum of $9,800.00. True and correot oopie.
of the Notice of RepoBseuion and the Notice of Defioiency lire
attached hereto and incorporated herein and labeled, re.pectively,
Exhibit "0" and "E".
11. Plaintiff did provide to Defendants proper notioe and
oopies of the Notice of Repossession and the Notice of Deficienoy.
12. The sale price of the Skyline was not sufficient to
satisfy the amount of the unpaid balance of the Contraot plus costs
associated with repossession, storage and sale, and repairs, if
any.
13. Commencing on or about August 1994, and continuing to
the pre8ent, Plaintiff has made requests and demands to Defendant,_
for payment of the money due to Plaintiff after repossession and
lIale under the terms and conditions of the Contract, but Defendant.,
have failed/refulIed to rem~t payment of monies due to Plaintiff.
14. The eum due to Plaintiff under the terms and condition8
of the Contract i8 $12,344.97.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff request8 this Honorable Court to enter
a jUdgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, jointly
and severally, in the amount of $12,344.97, plus costs, interest
and reasonable attorney's fees.

CQMrLAINT IN CIVIL ACTION
AND NOW, comes the plaintiff, PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK, by and
throu~h its cO\Jnsel Tucker Arensberg, P.C. and tile. this Complaint
stating as follows I
1. plaintiff is PNC Bank, National Bank, a national
banking association and a citizen of Pennsylvania with its main
office at Fifth Avenue and Wood Street, Pittsburgh, Allegheny
county, Pennsylvania 15265.
2. Dofendants Tracy D. Edmonds and Melissa L. Edmond. are
individuals, with a residence address of Lot 87, Rollo Court,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
3. On or about August 22, 1988/ Plaintiff and Defendants
wero parties to a pennsylvania Mobile Home Installment Sale
Contract ("Note") whereby Plaintiff did lend the sum of $16/200.00,
and Defendants promised to pay to Plaintiff the amount due undar
the terms and conditions of the Contract. A true and correct oopY
of the Contract is attached hereto, incorporated herein, and
labeled Exhibit "A".
t. Under the terms and conditions of the Contract,
Defendants promised to pay to Plaintiff the .um of $197.04 peX'
month commencing September 25, 1988.
!i. 11ndu the term.. and conditions of the Contract PNC
Bank, National A..ociation, was granted a security interest on the
following property I 191J9 Skyline Mobile Home, Serial No. 5011-
046061 ("Skyline").
6. The security intenst of fNC Bank, Nation~~
Association, wa. perfected in the skyline. A Penneylvania
Certificate of Title is attached hereto and incorporated herein and
labeled Exhibit liB".
7. On or about, but not limited to May 1993, and at
certain times thereafter continuing until the present, DefendantB
failed to make monthly payments in the correct sum and when dUll
under the terms and conditions of the Contract.
e. By reason of Defendants' failure to make a monthly
payment when due there was a default under the terms and conditionB
of the Contract and the entire balance of the Contract was due and
payable.
9. On September 8, 1993, fNC Bank did mail thq Notice of
Default to each Defendant. A true IInd correct copie. of the
Notices are attached hereto, incorporated her:ein and jointly
labelled Exhibit "C".
10. Thereafter, and according to the terms and condition.
of the Contract, PNC Bank, National Association repos.....d the
Skyline which, after Notice of Repossession to Defendants, w.. .old
at private eale for the sum of $9,800.00. True and corr.ct oopi..
of the Notice of Repossession and the Notice of Defici.ncy tr.
attached hereto and incorporated herein and labeled, reBp.ctively,
Bxhibit "0" end liB".

ll, ~laintiff did provide to Defendants proper notice and
copies of the Notice of Repossession and the Notioe of Deficiency.
12. The sale prioe of the Skyline was not suffioient to
satisfy the amount of the unpaid balance of the contract plus oosta
associated with repossession, storage and sale; and repairs, i,t
any.
13. Commencing on or about August 1994, and continuing to
the present, plaintiff has made requests and demands to Defendants
for payment of the money due to Plaintiff after rapos.enion and
sale under the terms and oonditions of the contract, but Defendants
have failed/refused to remit payment of monies due to Plaintiff.
14. The sum due to Plaintiff under the terms and conditions
of the Contract is $12,344.97.
WH~REFORE, Plaintiff requests this Honorable Court to enter
a judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, jointly
and severally, in the amount of $12,344.97, plus costs, intereat
and reasonable attorney's fees.

COMPLAINT I~ CIVIL ACTION
AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff, PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK, by and
through its counsel Tucker Arensberg, P.C. and files this Complaint
stating as follows I
1. Plaintiff is PNC Bank, N..tional Bank, a national
banking association and a citizen of Pennsylvania with its main
office at Fifth Avenue and Wood Street, Pittsburgh, Allegheny
County, Pennsylvania l5~65.
~. Defendants Tracy D. Edmonds and Melissa L. Edmonds are
individuals, with a residence address of Lot 87, Rollo Court,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania l7055.
3. On or about August 22, 1988, Plaintiff and Defendants
were parties to a Pennsylvania Mobile Home Installment Sale
Contract ("Note") whereby Plaintiff did lend the sum of $16,~00.00,
and Defendants promised to pay to Plaintiff the amount due under
the terms and conditions of the contract. A true and correct aopy
of the Contract is attaohed hereto, incorporated herein, and
labeled Exhibit "A".
4. under the terms and conditions of the Contract,
Defendants promi.8ed to pay to Plaintiff the sum of $197.04 per
month commencing september ~5, 1988.
5. l]nder the terms and conditions of the Contraot lINC
Bank, National Association, was granted a security interest on the
following property, 1989 Sl<yline Mobile Home, Serial No. 5011-
04606Y ("Skyline").
6. The security interest of lINC Bank, Nationa~
Association, was perfected in the Skyline. A Pennsylvania
Certificate of 'I'itle is attached hereto and incorporated hltrein and
labeled Exhibit "B".
7. on or about, but not limited to May 1993, and &It
certain times thereafter continuing until the present, Defendants
failed to make monthly payments in the correct sum and when due
under the terms and conditions of the Contract.
8. By reason of Defendants' failure to make a monthly
payment when due there was a default under the terms and conditions
of the Contract and the entire balance of the Contract was due and
payable.
9. On September 8, 1993, FNC Bank did mail the Notice of
Default to each Defendant. A true and correct copies of the
Not-ices are attached hereto, incorporated herein and jointly
labelled Exhibit "C".
10. Thereafter, and according to the terms and conditions
of the Contract, PNC Bank, National Association repossessed the
Skyline which, after Notice of Repossession to Defendants, was sold
at private sale for the sum of $9,900.00. True and correct copies
of the Notice of Repossession and the Notice of Deficiency are
attached hereto and incorporated herein and labeled, respectively,
Exhibit "0" and "E".
11. Plaintiff did provide to Defendants proper notice and
copj,es of the Notice of Repossession and the Notioe of Deficiency.
12, The sale price of the skyline WIlS not sufficient to
satisfy the amount of the unpaid balance of the Contract plus cOlte
assoaiated with repossession, storage and sale, and repairs, i(
any.
13. Commencing on or about August 1994, and continuing to
the present, Plaintiff has made requests and demands to Defendants

for payment of the money due to Plaintiff after repossession and
.ale under the terms and conditions of the Contract, but Defendants
have failed/refused to remit payment of monies due to Plaintiff.
14. The sum due to Plaintiff under the terms and condition.
of the Contract is $12,344.97.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests this Honorable Court to enter
a judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, jointly
and severally, in the amount of $12,344.97, plus costs, interest
and reasonable attorney's fees.
