The plaintiff., Daniel N. Gallagher, Betty A. Gallaqher,
Albert Sohatthauser and Elizabeth Schatthlluser, by thfl1r attorney.,
Thoma., Thomas & Hater, file this Complaint against the Defendant,
Raj Bhanqu.
1. The Plaintiffs, Daniel N. Gallagher and Betty A.
Gallaqher, hu.band and wife, are adult individuals re.idinq at 151514
Silveroreek Drive, Mechanic.burg, cumberland county, PA 1701515.
:2. The Plaintiffs, Albert Schaffhauser and Eliubeth
Sohaffhauaer, husband and wife, are adult individuals reaiding at
910 Beaoon Hill
Road, New cumberland, Cumberland county, PA
17017.
3. The Deundant, Raj Bhanqu, is an adult individual,
re.iding at 15 Strattord Lane, Mount Laurel, NJ 080154.
4. The Plaintiffs own certain premises known as 1:27 S.
Walnut Street, No.4, Mechanicsburg, PA 1701515 (the "apartlllent").
15. On July 28, 1993, the Plaintiffs leased the apartlllent tQ
the Defendant pursuant to a written lease aqreelllent, a oopy of
whioh i. attaohed hereto III "EXhibit A, II and inoorporated heX'lln.

6. The leale agl'eement automatioally renewed tor a per!,od ot
one year, from Auqust 1, 1994, to July 31, 1995.
7. The Defendant has failed and refused to pay any rent tor
the period of time that beqan on November 1, 1994.
8. On NQvember 4, 1994, the Defendant notified the
Plaintitts that he had vaoated the apartment and that the
Plaintiff. should re-rent it.
9. The plaintiffs, at considerable expenoe and eftort to
them.elves, have cleaned the apartment and have advertised it tor
rent but a suitable tenant has not been found.
10. The Defendant bleaohed the lease by vacntinq the
apartment, failing to pay rent and by failing to keep it olean and
in qood order and by oausing it to be coated with soot or qrime
from a kerosene heater, all of which was in violation of the lease.
11. The Defendant's breaches of the lease aqreement have
