2. The plaintiff Is temporarily staying al an undisclosed location for her own
prote<:tion and to avoid further abuse as is more fully set forth herein, This address will be

3, The defendnnt, Julius Dalmonutha Johnson, (SSN: 579.82.9163)(Date of Birth:
October 6, 1965), Is an adult indlvidllaltemporarlly residing at 371 West Burkhart Avenue,
Chambersburg. Franklin County, Pennsylvania, 17201.
4. The defendant is the former husband of lhe plaintiff and the father of the parties'
son.
5, Since approximately December 1993, the defendant has allempted to calise and
has Intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly caused bodily Injury 10 the phlinliff and has placed
the plaintiff In reasonable fear of Imminent serious bodily Injury, and has knowingly enaaled
in a course of t;:onduct or repeatedly committed acts IOward the plaintiff which have placed I~e
plaintiff In reasonable fear of bodily Injury, This has Included, bUl Is not limited to, the
followina spc4)itic Inslances of abuse:
a, On or about January 19. 1995, the defendant threatened the plaintiff
Si'.yina, "You're lucky I'm not O,J, "j "I could put a plua In all of you: you, your
mother, Quinn (the parties' 2 year old son), and your boyfriend,", and "You
know what I can do," The defendanllhreatened to take lhelr son, br.come a
fualtive, and drive around the country with lhe child. The plaintiff fears for her
safety, for her child and her relatives.
b, In or about late July, 1994, the defendant srabbcd lhe plaintiff around her
Ileek in a head lock, pulled her Inlo the Iivlni room, pushed and shoved her
about, choked her, and held her by her neel< asalnst the wall balanced on her
toes. When lhe defendant let ao of lhe plaintiff and srabbed a knife from a
kitchen drawer, the plaintiff lOOk the parties' child, ran from the house and drove
10 a neiihbor's home for safety, The plaintiff sustained scratches on her arms,
tinier marks and soreness about her neck as a result of this Incident,
c. In or about December, 1993, when the plaintiff tried to leave lhe house
with the parties' baby lhe defendantlhreatened her saylns, "If you try to leave,
I'll kill you and the baby, The plalnllff feared for her life and her child's,
6. On or about January 19, 1995. the plaintiff left her residence at ISSS McClures
Gap Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, In order to avoid further abuse.
7, The plaintiff believes and Iherefore avers that she and the minor child are in
Immediate and present danaer of abuse from the defendant and that they are In need of
protection from such abuse.
8, The plaintiff desires lhatlhe defendant be prohlbhed from having any direct or
Indirect contact whh the plaintiff Includllll, bUl not Iimlled 10, telephone and wrllllln
communications.
9. The plaintiff desires thatlhc derendanl be enjoined from harassing and stalking

the plalnllff's copy, A certified copy of lhe order will be mailed via Federal Express and Is
ex~ted to be received by January 25, 1995,

JULIUS DALMONUTHA JOHNSON ia hereby ORDERED to pay to ANN
BLISE JOHNSON, for the support of the Child the Bum of 6321.19 per
month, with the firBt Buoh payment being due on Ootober 1, 1994,
Ind a like payment being due on the first day of eaoh month
there~fter until the date the Child reaches the age of 18 yearB or

It on the Child's eighteenth birthday the Child is still fully
enrolled in an accredited primary or secondary Bchool in a program

WAGE WITHHOLDING FOR CHILD aUPPORT
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED that, pursuant to Article
XVI, Section 28, of the Texas Conltitution, and Chapter 14 of the
Texas Family Code, any employer ot JULIUS DALMONUTHA JOHNSON shall
withhold income from ths dispolable earnings of JULIUS DALMONUTHA
JOHNSON for the lupport ot the Child in the emount of $321,19 per
month, for child lupport, up to the maximum permitted under the
Federal Coneumer Credit Protection Act, with the first payment
being due alld payable on October 1, 1994, and a like payment due
and payable thereafter as provided herein.
On this day, the Court allo 8igns the EMPLOYERS' ORDER TO
WITHHOLD INCOME. That order shall be and is hereby incorporated in
,1 ts entirety and made a part of this DECREE OF' DIVORCE.
IT IS ORDERED that any employer of JULIUS DALMONUTHA JOHNSON
shall begin to withhold income in accordance with thil order no
later than the firlt pay periOd which begins 14 days following the
date on which the EMPLOYERS' ORDER TO WITHHOLD INCOME was served on
the employer, and shall continue to withhold income so long as
JULIUS DALMONUTHA JOHNSON is employed by the employer, and shall
remit to the District Clerk, Coryell County, P.O. Box 4,
Gatesville, Texas 76528, all amountl withheld, less any
administrative fee a~thox'ized by Itatute, on each regular pay date,
IT IS ORDERED that JULIUS DALMONUTHA JOHNSON Ihall notify this
Court and ANN ELISE JOHNSON of any change ot addresB, and of any
termination of employment no later than Devan (7) days after the
