This is in reply to your letters of May 17, 1994 and
June 11, 1994.
I am holding escrow funds pending satisfaction of mortqages
entered in Cumberland county Mortgage Book 478, Page 351 and
in cumberland county Mortgage Book 878, Page 1043.
1 received a sstlsfaction piuco in the first mentioned
mortgage but it was completed improperly and the Recorder of
Deeds in Cumberland county refused to honor it, consequently
I sent it back and asked for u properly completed satisfaction
piece and have not yet heard from the company,
I was hoping to make distribution of the escrow funds
at one time after receiving from the seller an ok to disburse.
could you please give me a breakdown of the amount of
'2,500.00 between Attorney fees and payoff amount so that I
may get permission to pay you,
Before we can rcleaue the oscrow funds completnly we will
need to have the Susquehanna Valley Consumer Discount Co.
mortgage satisfied even it takofl flomo form of court action
in Cumberland county to do so, In order to file an action
to hav~ the mortgage satisfied flame evidence of proof of
payment would be helpfUl and perhaps this could be provided
by Mrs. Salisbury.
