Personelly appeared before me, the underaigned offioar, a Notary
Public in and for said County and Commonwealth, RONALD D. BUTLER, who, being
duly sworn, deposes and says,
1. I am the Plaintiff in the ahove entitled action.
2. On September )3, 1997, a Rule waa granted by Judge J. Wesley
Oler, Jr. upon Defendant to show cause why Defendant should not be sanotioned
for failure to appear at oral examination pursuant to a N1tice of Taking
Deposition on Oral Examination Under. Pa. R.C.P. No. 4007.1. The Rule was
returnable twenty (20) days after service.
3. I served the Rule upon Defendant on September 17, 1997 by
depositing the Rule in tho United States Mail, postage prepaid, in Harri.burg,
Pennsylvania, addressed to Defendant.

depouition and inepeot and examine Defendant's documents and to obtain the
information contained in such documents, all as required under the Notice of
Taking of Deposition on Oral Examination on Va. R.C.P. No. 4007.1 to aid
Plaintitt in executing on thl! judgment agaillet Defendant in the above entitled
action.
